|MICHAEL T. HEMENWAY
Michael T. Hemenway has extensive experience as a trial attorney, both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney. As a prosecutor he has had a unique look at the procedures used by police and has had a great deal of professional contact with the law enforcement community - including local, state and federal agents and prosecutors. He has worked closely with street officers, detectives, evidence technicians and experts, the FBI, ATF, and DEA. As a defense attorney for the last 20 years, Mr. Hemenway has spent endless hours in court, and with people accused of crimes and their families. He not only knows all the legal ramifications of being accused of a crime, but he also understands the devastating emotional and financial impact that criminal charges can bring to the families and loved ones of a person charged with a criminal offense. Simply put, retaining an experienced, knowledgeable attorney is essential for anyone accused of a crime.
